If at any time after the election as a Social Member, it shall appear that the person has been elected under deliberate or accidental misrepresentation of identity or material information pertaining to the person's character, the Executive Members shall be entitled to treat the election of such Social Member as being null and void ab initio. Such person shall thereupon be stripped of his/her membership, and shall have no claim against the club for damages, return of entrance fees or subscriptions then paid, or on any other grounds whatsoever, save that the Executive Members shall be entitled to make a refund to such person, in its sole and absolute discretion, as an ex-gratia payment of the whole or part of any payments which have been paid to the Club by such member

I accept that my application will be considered on the information submitted and should Ridge Park Sports Club at any time become aware of any changes in the submitted information or new information that may have an impact on my fitness to be a member, that my social membership may be reconsidered. If elected, I undertake to be bound by the Constitution, Rules, Regulations and By Laws, which are now, or hereafter may be in force.
